Caravan Restaurants is seeking a Door Host to greet guests and kick off the Caravan of Love experience. You will be the first friendly face guests see, helping to set a welcoming tone as they enjoy our inspired food and drinks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging and proactive approach to guest interactions.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to thrive in a busy front-of-house setting and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as the first point of contact and deliver Caravan’s warm hospitality.
• Convey the Caravan of Love experience through excellent service and clear communication.
• Assist in maintaining a smooth front-of-house operation during service.
• Take ownership of your role and support teammates to ensure guest satisfaction.

Overall earnings up to £15.70 per hour, dependent on experience.

What you'll be doing as a Caravan Door Host:

• You’ll be delivering our ‘Caravan of Love’ style of customer experience by working with the rest of the team


• You\'ll be the first point of contact to welcome our customers to enjoy our ‘well-travelled’ food and drink, which is inspired by flavours from our founders’ native New Zealand, as well as their global travels.


• You will be open to learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills


• You\’ll take ownership of your role and thrive in a busy restaurant
