Job summary

Caravan Restaurants in Greater London is seeking a Door Host to welcome guests and deliver the Caravan of Love experience. This on-site role requires enthusiasm, strong communication, and teamwork to thrive in a busy restaurant.

You will be the first point of contact, supporting guests with a friendly hello, guiding them to seating, and upholding the standards of hospitality that Caravan is known for globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm Caravan greeting and guide them to seating.
• Be the first point of contact and maintain the Caravan experience.
• Learn and develop role-specific knowledge to support the team.

Overall earnings up to £15.70 per hour, dependent on experience.

What You'll Be Doing As a Caravan Door Host

• You’ll be delivering our ‘Caravan of Love’ style of customer experience by working with the rest of the team
• You'll be the first point of contact to welcome our customers to enjoy our ‘well-travelled’ food and drink, which is inspired by flavours from our founders’ native New Zealand, as well as their global travels.
• You will be open to learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills
• You’ll take ownership of your role and thrive in a busy restaurant
