KPI Recruiting Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Production Operative for a leading door manufacturer. The role covers fabrication, glazing, and joinery tasks, plus warehouse duties and basic tool use.

You’ll join a busy team with weekly interview slots and a path from temporary to permanent placement after 12 weeks, subject to performance. Base rate is £12.76/hr with overtime and Sunday rates as listed.

Qualifications

• Fabrication and manufacturing duties such as; paint spraying, machine operating, basic joinery and woodwork.
• Glazier tasks working with glass products and frames.
• Working with handtools and powertools to assembly doorsets.
• Warehouse work such as; loading trolleys manually with finished door frames.

Responsabilités

• Interviews take place weekly, start dates are available right away.
• Temp to perm and upskilling opportunities after 12 weeks depending on performance & attendance.
• Base Rate £12.76 per hour, Overtime £19.14 per hour, Sundays £25.52 per hour.
• Full-time schedule: 39 hours per week, 07:15-16:30 Mon-Thu, 07:15-13:00 on Fridays.
• PPE (safety boots/footwear) required; high viz provided.
