Job summary

Scarlet Selection is seeking a Service Engineer to cover Kent and Sussex, carrying out fault finding and repair on door entry, access control and warden call systems. You will respond to service calls across the territory from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with an on-call rota once every five weeks during probation and additional pay for call-outs.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience, a valid driving licence, and a willingness to travel within the region.

• Full driving license required.

Job description

Location

Candidates will live in the Kent or Sussex area and cover East and West Sussex and the surrounding area as a territory. Working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be on the call-out rota (once through probation) 1 week out of every 5 (and paid additionally for it).

Salary

The basic salary is between £35,000 to £47,000 (depending on experience). OTE is approximately another £6000 on top, as overtime is earned daily for travel and then again for call out.
