Job summary

The Eden Project is seeking an Individual Giving Officer to manage donor stewardship, deliver on-site and digital fundraising, and grow unrestricted donations. The role operates on a hybrid pattern with standard hours Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary and generous leave.

You will work with the fundraising team to implement donor journeys, manage gifts and appeals, and collaborate with marketing to optimise donor experiences. Strong communication and numeracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Educated to a minimum of ‘A’ level or equivalent.
• Fundraising apprenticeship or degree in a related field is desirable.
• Professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Use a CRM database to create, look up and maintain supporter records. Process transactions and recordGift Aid declarations.
• Recruit new donors and foster retention through donor stewardship and engaging journeys.
• Collaborate with membership and marketing teams to ensure seamless supporter journeys and cross-pollination of giving methods.
• Administer and deliver ad hoc and regular donors, Patrons, on-site fundraising, events and legacies.
• Develop and expand Individual Giving activities, working with Eden teams and external partners.
