Job summary

Eden Project is seeking an experienced Individual Giving professional to deliver and grow a range of donor programmes, including ad hoc and regular giving, events and legacies. You will steward donors and collaborate with marketing, events and other teams.

The role requires at least two years in charitable fundraising or related fields, with strong communication and numeracy skills, and experience using CRM and Excel for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Educated to minimum A level or equivalent.
• Fundraising apprenticeship or degree desirable.
• Chartered Institute of Fundraising membership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Use CRM to maintain donor records and process payments.
• Recruit new donors and support donor retention through engaging journeys.
• Collaborate with events, interpretation, graphics and marketing teams.
• Administer a wide range of Individual Giving products.
• Develop and grow Individual Giving activities and opportunities.
