Zusammenfassung

Eden Project is seeking an Individual Giving Officer to support donor stewardship and the delivery of a range of Individual Giving activities. You will manage donor records, process donations, and develop engaging donor journeys across multiple channels.

The role requires strong communication, numeracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing, events, and external agencies. You will contribute to expanding unrestricted donations, supporting campaigns, and ensuring high-quality

Qualifikationen

• Experience in charitable sector or marketing, fundraising preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication across channels.
• Excellent organiser with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Manage donor records in CRM and process payments (Direct Debits, card, CAF, BACS).
• Recruit new donors and drive retention through donor journeys across channels (digital, print, phone).
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create fundraising materials.
• Deliver a range of Individual Giving products including ad hoc and regular giving, events, legacies.
• Develop and launch new Individual Giving activities in collaboration with Eden teams and external agencies.
• Support the Individual Giving Manager and handle other tasks as needed.
