Role Responsibilities

1. Support the franchisee and senior management to ensure the store is run efficiently according to company policies and procedures.
2. Lead, coach, and inspire team members to provide total customer satisfaction and maintain high product quality.
3. Work flexible hours in a fun, team environment.

Candidate Requirements

Drive, ambition, supervisory experience in a quick service restaurant or retail environment, and availability to work flexible hours.
