Job summary

Oswestry Care Ltd is seeking caring individuals to support clients in their own homes across the region. Training is paid for and DBS checks will be arranged. The role offers flexible hours from a few hours to full-time, with weekend work and potential bank holiday premiums.

A car or bike is advantageous but not essential. Reading and writing to a reasonable standard is required, with willingness to learn and complete training courses.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write to a reasonable standard.
• Willingness to learn and take part in training courses.
• DBS certificate will be applied for by us.

Responsibilities

• Assist people in their own homes to remain safe.
• Be flexible with shifts; includes weekends and some evenings.
• Work as part of a team and communicate well.

Job description

Salary: Higher weekend rates and Bank Holiday rates. All training is paid for.

To assist people in their own homes, who need a little support to remain safe.

Need to be kind and considerate. Willingness to Learn and take part in training courses.

Working as part of our team of talented and dedicated carers, for a few hours to full time hours.

Able to read and write to a reasonable standard, willing to work as part of a team. A car/Bike would be an advantage BUT not essential.We work from 0600 to 2100 hrs. So flexibility in your work schedule would be helpful. We also work weekends. So working with us will involve some weekend working.DBS certificate will be applied for by us and the outcome will determine if the post is yours.
