Overview

Position: Optometrist

Location: Wimbledon

Salary: Up to 64,000 FTE + Monthly Commission

Company Car: Provided for both business and personal use

Working Pattern: 4 or 5 days per week - no weekends

We are a highly respected and fast-growing provider of domiciliary optical care seeking a qualified and compassionate Optometrist to join the Wimbledon team. The organisation aims to make high-quality eye care accessible to individuals who cannot visit traditional practices, using cutting-edge mobile equipment and strong clinical support to enable meaningful patient care and a better work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver essential eye care services to patients in the comfort of their own homes
  • Provide patient-centred care with longer appointment times than typical practice settings
  • See around 7 patients per day, supported by advanced technology
  • Utilise equipment such as a digital fundus camera, mobile slit lamp, I-care tonometer, and a leading digital records system
  • Make autonomous clinical decisions with remote support from senior optometrists when needed
