Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist to deliver eye care at patients’ homes across our territory. You’ll drive to client homes and provide comprehensive eye care services in a mobile setting.

You’ll work full-time with no weekend shifts, enjoy a company car or car allowance, and benefit from bonuses, generous holiday, and health cover as you bring essential eye care to the community.

You’ll be driving our services to the doorsteps of the nation, providing eye care to the people who aren’t able to come into our stores. But not only do you help them with their sight, you’ll be able to support them to get basic tasks done that they wouldn’t be able to do without you. Our business

Based in Shropshire and Staffordshire, covering areas such as Stoke, Stafford, Telford, Cannock etc, you’ll cover a given territory, providing care to patients in their own homes.

Our cars

You’ll be provided with a company car (or allowance) to bring your care directly to people’s homes.

Find out more

We do need you to have a couple of things to get started in this role. Firstly, you’ll need to be registered as a member of the General Optical Council (keeping this up to date) and you must have a full driving license. You’ll also need to be confident, passionate about providing the best customer service and be comfortable working by yourself and as part of a team.
