Your Role
As our Super Optometrist, you'll -
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and health assessments
Digitally document findings
Prescribe and recommend spectacles
Detect and manage eye conditions, provide referrals
Provide personalised eye care advice to patients and families when required
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
A values and service driven GOC-registered Optometrist with a full UK driving licence.
Strong clinical skills in eye examination, diagnosis, and management of ocular conditions.
Compassionate communicator, able to engage sensitively with elderly residents, including those living with dementia.
Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
Commitment to continuous professional development and best practice.
Previous experience in domiciliary essential.
Interest in clinical leadership, mentoring, or service innovation.
Experience with digital patient record systems.

We serve care homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Milton Keynes, Northampton and North West London.
