Your responsibilities will include:

1. Personal Care:
   • Assist customers with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
   • Support mobility and transferring to ensure safety and comfort.
2. Companionship:
   • Engage in conversations, activities, and hobbies to promote mental and emotional well-being.
3. Medication Assistance:
   • Administer medications as per prescriptions.
   • Monitor and report health changes.
4. Meal Assistance:
   • Prepare and assist with nutritious meals, considering dietary needs.
   • Support hydration.
5. Household Support:
   • Assist with light housekeeping, including cleaning and laundry.
   • Maintain a safe and tidy environment.
6. Documentation:
   • Keep accurate records of care activities and observations.
7. Safety and Well-being:
   • Monitor safety concerns and prevent accidents.
   • Provide emotional support during challenging times.

Creating a meaningful experience is essential, especially for customers who may have limited interactions outside of your support.

Requirements:

• Full and valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Located around Reading and Wokingham; applicants outside Berkshire will not be considered.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills.
