Bank contracts are flexible and not temporary. They don’t guarantee hours, giving you the choice to work or not when offered. This flexibility allows you to balance other commitments such as studies, another job, or caring responsibilities. If you're looking to gain experience in care without a permanent commitment or keep your skills active if partially retired, bank contracts are an excellent option.
Our Extra Care Housing schemes, also known as assisted living, feature self-contained one or two-bedroom apartments designed to promote independence. Clients can come and go freely, socialize in communal areas, or enjoy privacy. Our care teams provide round-the-clock domiciliary care, supporting clients with daily tasks and activities.
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will make a real difference by assisting with routines, personal care, providing companionship, or supporting light household duties. No two days are the same, and since clients live in the same building, travel between locations is unnecessary.
Isis Court is located in the popular area of Iffley, with the charming village and river just a short walk away.
We offer a competitive salary, training, and development opportunities, along with other benefits:
