Verity Healthcare Limited is seeking a Domiciliary Care Worker to support clients in their own homes in Waltham Abbey and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centred care and assistance with daily activities.

You'll provide personal care, support with daily routines, and help maintain independence. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable. Safer recruitment checks apply.

Formación

• Experience providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Knowledge of medication administration and care plans.
• Experience using mobility equipment and safe moving & handling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
• A caring, reliable and compassionate approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care and personal hygiene.
• Support clients with getting up in the morning and preparing for bed.
• Administer or assist with medication in line with individual care plans.
• Maintain accurate care records and medication documentation using company systems.
• Prepare meals and drinks while respecting clients' dietary requirements, preferences and cultural needs.
• Carry out light household duties, including cleaning, laundry and maintaining a safe home environment.
