Job summary

A domiciliary care provider is seeking a Care Worker to support a client in Telford. You will assist with personal care, medication, and offer companionship, attending to the client four times a day. Ideal candidates will have a valid UK driving licence and at least 6 months of care experience. This position offers £13 per hour with shifts available Monday to Sunday.

Overview

Raisso House LTD are currently looking for a domiciliary care worker to support a client in the Telford area.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Telford

Shift Pattern: Monday – Sunday

Pay: £13 per hour

About our Client

Our client is a 86-year-old female who lives alone. She requiress support with personal care, medication preparing food and general maintenance of the home. Our client mobilises using a Zimmer frame, she has a walking stick and a wheelchair for community visit.

About the Job

The role is to support our client four times a day. There is a morning Care call at 9 am until 9:45 am, the lunch call is at 12 pm until 12:30 pm. The tea call is at 4 pm until 4:30 pm and the bedtime call is at 7:30 pm until 8 pm. (this is for Monday Wednesday Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

On Tuesday and Thursday during the lunch call which will start from 11 am until 12:30 pm, She visits her sister who lives approximately four minutes away from her house. This is a lunch-call including a one-hour social call.

About You

• Have a minimum of 6 months experience working as a Carer / Support Worker.
• Applicant must have ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the clients privacy
• Have an understanding and compassionate attitude to respond to the unique needs of each client.
• Be able to adapt to different client’s needs and changing situations, as well as managing a varied workload.
• Have a commitment to providing consistent high-quality care and being punctal

Requirements
