Job summary

Verity Healthcare Limited is seeking passionate healthcare assistants to join our domiciliary care team in Nottingham. You will provide personal care and support in clients' homes, assist with daily living tasks, and help with medication under the agreed care plan.

Qualifications

• Two verifiable work or study related references - a must
• No sponsorship requirement (we don't provide sponsorships at the moment) - a must
• Full UK driving licence - a plus
• Experience in a similar role - a plus, not a must as initial training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Domiciliary care (door to door)
• Providing personal care and support to Clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities
• Assisting Clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene
• Assisting Clients with their medication at the agreed level of support and as detailed in their Medication Care Needs Assessment
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records concerning care and medication support
• Preparing food and drink for the Client, considering client preferences, nutritional needs and cultural requirements
• Providing light general household domestic duties, including housework and laundry
• Observing health & safety rules and raising concerns to the Field Care Supervisor
• Any other duties requested by Senior Management within the scope of the post.

• Domicilairy care (door to door)
• Providing personal care and support to Clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities
• Assisting Clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene, getting up in the morning and going to bed at night
• Assisting Clients with their medication at the agreed level of support and as detailed in their Medication Care Needs Assessment
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records concerning care and medication support given and tasks undertaken
• Preparing food and drink for the Client, being aware of the Client s choice likes/dislikes, nutritional needs, and cultural requirements
• Providing light general household domestic duties, including housework and laundry, as detailed in the care plan or instructed by Management
• Observing all health & safety rules and taking reasonable care to promote the health and safety of self and others and raising any concerns to the Field Care Supervisor
• Any other duties requested by Senior Management, which are within the scope of the post.
