Job summary

Network Healthcare in South Gloucestershire is looking for a Team Leader in Domiciliary Care. The role offers £14.00 per hour on weekdays and £16.00 per hour on weekends, plus 45p per mile. A guaranteed hours contract is available after 3 months, with a week-on week-off on-call pattern and opportunities for NVQ training up to level 5.

Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required. Commutable from Filton, Yate, Thornbury, and nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Support with coordinating carers and clients in the area.
• Assist the Coordinators out of hours.
• Manage on-call shifts and week-by-week scheduling.
• Conduct spot checks, client reviews, and training for new starters.
