  • Proven experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager or Domiciliary Care Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Experience in the business and operational management of a care branch.
  • A full UK driving licence.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the setup and growth of a new domiciliary care branch, with responsibility for shaping the service, building a strong team, and driving business development.

You’ll be at the heart of creating a high-quality, person-centred service that meets CQC standards and supports people to live well in their own homes.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager or Domiciliary Care Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Experience in the business and operational management of a care branch.
