Job summary

Medico Partners Ltd. seeks a Registered Manager to lead an adult domiciliary care service in Kendal/Windermere, with additional work-from-home options. The role offers a salary of £36,000-£42,000 per year (DOE) and is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

You will manage daily operations, ensure CQC compliance and safeguarding, and support the care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
• Strong CQC, compliance, safeguarding, and team management experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
