Domiciliary Care Assistant - Bank

Location: Richmond Village Witney, Coral Springs Way, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 5DG

Salary: £13.20 per hour

Shifts: 7am - 1pm or 1pm - 7pm (6hrs shift), or 7am - 7pm (12 hr shift)

We are looking for Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team at Richmond Village Add Village Location. You will provide care and support to residents living in our serviced apartments onsite, with no travel required as all residents are in one place.

We offer full and part-time opportunities with a range of shifts. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you’ll help residents enjoy life to the fullest, and we’ll support your career development.

You will receive a thorough induction to help you settle into your role.

What the role entails:

Responsibilities vary daily, adapting to residents' needs, including:

  • Assisting with personal care duties
  • Supporting during mealtimes
  • Promoting mental and physical activities through hobbies and interests
  • Responding to emergency calls on site
  • Collaborating with the Domiciliary Care Manager and external professionals such as GPs, Chiropodists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists
Key Skills / Qualifications:

Experience in care/dementia settings or a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided.
