Domiciliary Care Assistant at Newbury Care Limited, Kidderminster | Tier 2 Sponsorship Available

Newbury Care Limited is seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team in Kidderminster. If you are already living in the UK and require Tier 2 sponsorship, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will assist clients with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and companionship, ensuring their well-being and comfort. If you are passionate about making a difference and are willing to relocate if necessary, we want to hear from you.

Position: Domiciliary Care Assistant

Salary: £20,960 – £25,000 a year

Job Type: Full Time

About the Role

You must already be living in the UK and require Tier 2 sponsorship and are happy to relocate if necessary. Must be a driver with own vehicle.

You need to be fluent in written and spoken English.

You need to have a clean full driver’s license and own your own car.

Newbury Care Limited is a company offering home care that is based in Dudley DY1 1DU. We are customer-centric and professional.

We provide exceptional care delivery to all our current clients, ranging from light encouragement to full support. All clients are currently based in Kidderminster where work is carried out throughout the shift. We are currently recruiting for Morning and Afternoon shifts (07:00 – 14:00) and (14:30-09:30) Monday to Friday and weekend cover.

We are looking for reliable, organized, and sympathetic individuals who are inspired to care and provide support to vulnerable individuals within our communities. We expect you to be dedicated to your job and support Newbury Care Limited to continue to deliver high standards of care.

• Support with incontinence care and toileting

• Support with light housework
• Support with companionship
• Support with other small duties on request

Requirements:

• We provide full training in accordance with CQC standards and welcome experienced and non-experienced individuals.
• You must be 18+ and have at least one COVID-19 vaccine prior to employment.
• Two COVID-19 vaccines will be required in accordance with Government legislation. Proof will be asked for upon acceptance.
