Guaranteed Hour Domiciliary Care Assistant

Candidate must be in PO12, PO13, PO14, PO15, PO16, PO17 postcode territories

*Amount of contracted hours will be dependent on level of experience and availability provided - up to 30 hours guaranteed

We currently have Full Time & Part-Time opportunities available for care assistants in Fareham, your availability is your choice with care calls starting from 8am and finishing at 21:15pm.

No experience, no problem! We provide a comprehensive induction assessment programme to each new starter, so whether you have care experience or not we ensure you are fully equipt before going out in the field.

• Create a welcoming home atmosphere by assisting with light household tasks and meal preparations.

• Maintain open and regular communication with clients and their families to provide top-tier care and peace of mind.

Requirements:

• No previous experience required; thorough in-house induction assessment and ongoing training will be provided.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands.
• Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities.
• Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and your own transportation.
• Must be 18+
