The YOU Trust is seeking a Health Advocate in Dorchester and surrounding areas to join the PARAGON team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on improving referral pathways for victims of domestic violence and abuse, delivering high-quality advocacy, and coordinating with health colleagues and local partners to provide comprehensive support packages.

Qualifications

• Qualification or equivalent to Diploma/Degree/NVQ4 or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting women, men and children affected by domestic violence and abuse.
• Experience with multi-agency working and person-centred service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Carry a caseload of victims of domestic violence and abuse.
