Job Introduction
2gether Support Solutions is a Facilities and Estates services company providing support to healthcare professionals caring for over 2000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether provides vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics, and more.
This is a permanent, part-time role working from 15:00 to 20:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
As a Domestic Team Leader, you will be a vital member of a large facilities team, responsible for ensuring the hospital operates within high standards of cleanliness, safety, and patient service.
You will lead a team, employing strong people management skills, and use excellent communication skills to motivate and direct the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safe procedures. You will oversee a team of Domestic Assistants and be hands-on when needed.
