£15,052.40 per annum (£12.44 per hour). Working hours are:

20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, plus 5 additional hours during the 34-week term time. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm.

Felsted School is seeking a Domestic Assistant Team Leader to support our Domestic Services team at the Senior School. The successful candidate will supervise the daily operations of the Domestic Assistants, in conjunction with the Matron, and ensure all areas of the School are maintained to a high standard.

As a Team Leader, you will be the primary contact for work-related queries, responsible for secure storage of keys and chemicals, supporting the Domestic Office and House Matron with domestic requests, and managing day-to-day staff issues, escalating to the Matron or Domestic Services Manager when necessary.
