Domestic Supervisor – Join Our Caring Team at Roche Health Care

Location: Tudor House, Selby

Salary: £12.34phr

Hours: 8-2pm/9-3pm (5-6hr shifts) with alternate weekends– degree of flexibility required for the needs of the home to do Supervisions/rota’s and deep cleans in the evening

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver high-standard cleaning services
• Lead and support domestic staff, providing cover when needed
• Ensure compliance with Infection Prevention and Control and COSHH regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
• Communicate effectively across all levels
• Organise and manage tasks independently and under pressure
