Are you a proactive and detail-oriented leader with a passion for creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments? We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Domestic Manager to lead and manage our domestic services team working in joint partnership with our NHS colleagues.

In this vital role, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of cleaning and housekeeping services across our site, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation are consistently maintained. You’ll be responsible for managing staff, coordinating rotas, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Location: Barnet Hospital

Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: £42,000 PA (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of domestic staff to deliver outstanding cleaning and housekeeping services
  • Develop and manage cleaning schedules to meet operational needs
  • Monitor quality and standards through regular audits and inspections
  • Manage inventory and order supplies in a cost-effective manner
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Provide training, support, and performance management for team members
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
