A leading company in the electrical sector is seeking qualified electricians for social housing works in London. The role offers excellent overtime rates and significant growth opportunities within the company. Ideal candidates will possess relevant qualifications and domestic experience.
We offer excellent overtime rates: double pay for Sundays and night shifts, and additional pay for Saturdays and evening shifts. Callout fees are set at £100, with additional callout payments between £80 and £120. We conduct a 3-6 month probation period with a pay review at the start.
There is significant room for growth within our established company, which has offices in Bristol and Lincolnshire, covering London. Promotions are made internally only. We provide a van, fuel card, and tools.
This role involves social housing works, which is an important aspect. Candidates need to have the 17th or 18th edition of wiring regulations, and hold an NVQ Level 2/3 or City and Guilds Level 2/3 qualification. Testers should have certifications such as 2391/52, 2392/52, 2394/52, 2395/52, or an EAL Level 3 in electrical inspecting. Domestic experience is required, as commercial electricians' work differs significantly.
The salary range is £38,000 - £40,000 per annum.
