We are currently working with a firm of Loss Adjusters who are looking to hire an experienced Domestic Major Loss Adjuster to cover London, Kent and the South East regions. You will be managing cases exceeding £100,000 and work with internal and external specialists.

There is a mix of home and office-based working throughout the week which helps support a healthy work/life balance, and you will have dedicated office-based technical and managerial support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage cases exceeding £100,000.
  2. Communicate effectively with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
  3. Explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Must have a full UK Driving Licence.
  2. Must have experience in handling complex and major domestic losses in excess of £100,000 or a keen desire to progress to this level.
  3. Will have CILA status (or working towards this qualification).
  4. Excellent core technical and communication skills.
