Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineer

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Essex area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local housing association contract.

The Role:

1. Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
2. Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.

Requirements:

1. 3 years' experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer
2. Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
3. ACS qualifications incl. CKR1 & HTR1
4. Full UK Driving Licence

The Package:

1. 8 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
2. Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
3. Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
4. Monthly bonus up to £200.00
5. Overtime paid at time and a half door to door
6. Call out 1 week in 4 paid at £600.00 per week in winter and £400.00 in summer guaranteeing an additional £6,000 per annum
7. OTE £50,000+ per annum
8. 20 days holiday (excl. bank holidays)
9. Pension Scheme
