Job summary

Ganymede Energy is recruiting for a Gas Repair Engineer to work in private residential properties across the UK. You’ll identify and diagnose faults in central heating systems and carry out boiler repairs with a focus on first-time fix rates.

The ideal candidate will have robust boiler breakdown experience, solid electrical knowledge, and be confident using a multimeter. Excellent customer service and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 qualifications required.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and proactive problem-solving.
• Able to diagnose and repair boiler faults with strong fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose faults in central heating systems in private residences.
• Carry out boiler repairs and tests to restore operation.
• Use a multimeter to diagnose electrical fault indicators.

Gas Repair Engineer

Ganymede Energy is recruiting for a leading private provider of heating and maintenance services for residential properties across the UK. The Role

The role involves working in private residential properties to identify and diagnose faults in central heating systems, followed by carrying out necessary boiler repairs.

The ideal engineer will have strong experience in boiler breakdowns, with excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills, and a high first-time fix rate. A solid understanding of basic electrical systems is essential, along with confidence in using a multi-meter to identify boiler faults.

The Package

• Basic salary: £46,250 + a £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year!
• 40 hours per week, with annualised hours (less in summer, more in winter - consistent pay all year round!)
