Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineer

Location: Southwest, West, North West & Central London (W1)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours/week)

The Company

My client is a well-established property maintenance company based in West London. They have built a strong reputation working closely with landlords and property management companies. Their main areas of operation include South West, West, North West, and Central London (W1), delivering responsive and reliable property maintenance services.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join their growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role involving:

  • Carrying out CP12s (Landlord Gas Safety Checks)
  • Conducting gas appliance inspections, servicing, and repairs
  • Attending general domestic plumbing emergencies - e.g. minor leaks, tap replacements
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current regulations and company standards
Requirements

Full Domestic Gas ACS qualifications - essential

Plumbing qualifications advantageous but not a must

Full UK driving licence - ideally clean

Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently across residential properties
