Example Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join a property maintenance company. You will be responsible for repairs, servicing, safety inspections and improvements in domestic heating systems.

This role is ideal for a qualified engineer seeking a stable position with a varied workload and supportive environment, offering a basic salary of £42,000–£45,000 plus benefits and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as Domestic Gas Engineer, preferably in social housing or residential repairs.
• Current ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
• Strong fault diagnosis of domestic heating systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Comfortable using mobile tech and electronic job management systems.
• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving history.

Responsabilités

• Attend scheduled and urgent maintenance to repair gas faults.
• Carry out servicing, safety inspections and compliance work.
• Identify faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
• Work in residents' homes delivering professional service.
• Maintain electronic records of jobs and materials used.
• Follow gas safety legislation and company procedures.
