Job description

Mobile Domestic Installation Gas Engineer

InVictus is currently seeking a Gas Engineer to join a large company to assist with the installation of gas components during kitchen upgrades on their social housing portfolio. This is a mobile position covering East and South London.

This is a temporary position lasting a minimum of 3 months, subject to review by the client.

  • Up to £24 PAYE per hour
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Van and fuel card provided
  • Minimum of 3 months temporary before potential permanent employment
Job Duties
  • Completing boiler services (CP12s), fault finding, and breakdown repairs in residential properties
  • Ensuring routine servicing of gas-fired boilers (central heating and hot water systems) meet quality standards
  • Identifying faults and rectifying them during visits, issuing completion certificates (CP12) when systems meet safety and quality standards
  • Undertaking fault finding and repairs, including replacing components such as control boards, pipework, radiators, etc.
  • This is a mobile role; a van and fuel card will be provided
Qualifications
  • Must hold valid domestic ACS qualifications
  • Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1)
  • Combustion performance analysis certification
