Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to service domestic boilers across Chelmsford and surrounding areas. The role includes planned servicing, safety checks, fault-finding, and a 1-in-4 week call-out rota with additional pay.

You will work in a field-based role with Monday–Friday hours and the opportunity to earn overtime. The ideal candidate holds ACS qualifications covering servicing, fault-finding and repair of domestic boilers, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Current ACS qualifications covering servicing, fault-finding and repair of domestic boilers.
• Gas Safe competencies.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Predominantly carrying out planned servicing of domestic gas boilers.
• Carrying out boiler safety checks as required.
• Identifying faults and any remedial work required.
• Attending reactive boiler breakdowns as part of the call-out rota.
• Ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with current gas regulations.
