Salary - 40,000 pa with Van and Fuel Card

Immediate position for the right candidate

The company specialise in property maintenance, installation and organisation, which specialises in servicing of gas central heating and hot water services to private, commercial landlords and industrial property owners of all kind. An opportunity to join them as a domestic gas engineer working in the SW2 area SW and CR postcodes.

Overview of Role:

As part of a heating maintenance team, the post holder will be expected to provide a comprehensive repairs and maintenance service to domestic heating installations and appliances in client properties. You will be able to analyse, fault find and carry out repairs and services in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation/legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

1. QUALIFICATIONS: ACS qualifications - minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1, HTR1 & CPA1
2. Energy Efficiency
3. DAH1, Unvented Hot Water, WRAS (water supply regulations 1999) - Desirable

HEALTH & SAFETY:

1. Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training
2. Certificate of Training Achievement for Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid (1-Day), or other - Desirable

EXPERIENCE:

1. Minimum 5 years experience
2. Previous experience in diagnosing faults on domestic gas central heating systems.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

1. Full driving licence
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Able to work alone and within a team
4. Keeping up to date technically and applying new knowledge to your role
