Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to work on domestic properties in Bolton and surrounding areas. You will diagnose faults, carry out servicing and repairs on heating and hot water systems, and ensure safe, efficient operation for social housing projects.

The successful candidate will hold valid UK gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1) and a UK driving licence, with a negotiable basic salary and an OTE around £45,000 per annum.

Our client is looking for anexperiencedGas Engineerto work on domestic properties completing breakdown, serviceand repair works on domestic heating and hot water systems on social housing projects in Boltonand the surrounding areas.

The successful Gas Engineer will be responsible for ensuring heating and hot water systems are operating safely, efficiently and reliably, helping customers stay comfortable in their homes. You'll diagnose faults, complete repairs, carry out planned maintenance, and provide a high standard of workmanship while delivering excellent customer service at every visit.

Qualifications and documents needed for the role:

The basic salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience and the OTE is around £45,000 per annum.
