Job summary

ECO Compliance Solutions Ltd. in Sheffield is seeking a Domestic Energy Assessor & Retrofit Assessor to survey domestic properties, deliver EPC and retrofit assessments, and ensure ECO4/GBIS compliance. Field role with travel across Yorkshire and surrounding regions.

You will capture data, generate reports, and support energy-efficiency improvements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification mandatory.
• Retrofit Assessor qualification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with EPC software (Elmhurst/Stroma) desirable.
• Ability to travel independently to multiple survey locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full RdSAP surveys at domestic properties.
• Perform PAS 2035 retrofit assessments and collect evidence.
• Prepare and upload ECO4/GBIS compliant documentation.
• Maintain accurate survey notes and evidence packs.
• Coordinate with Retrofit Coordinators and installers.
