Job summary

Vibrant Energy Matters Limited is seeking a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor to operate in Peterborough and surrounding areas. The role is full-time and field-based with a salary of £35,000 per annum plus target-based commission.

You will carry out EPCs, property inspections, audits and produce accurate reports using iPad software, with training provided. This position offers career development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on residential properties.
• Completing inventory inspections and property assessments (full training provided).
• Undertaking property audits, viewings, check-ins, check-outs and Legionella Risk Assessments.
• Completing independent energy audits.
• Producing accurate, high-quality reports using iPad-based software.
• Submitting reports on a right-first-time basis, meeting client Service Level Agreements.
• Delivering excellent customer service while building strong client relationships.
• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
• Attending training and embracing new products and services as the business grows.
