Overview

Job Opportunity: DEA/Stock Condition Surveyor. TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a contract DEA to their team in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
• Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties.
• Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location.
• Conducting Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.

Ideal Candidates

• Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
• Familiarity with the HHSRS system.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
• Experience in carrying out EPCs.
