Overview

Electricians required for Social Housing Contracts, throughout Harrow, Barnet & Notting Hill. 2391 not essential but preferred. Very good day rates, Parking Paid.

Responsibilities

• Installation of kitchen electricals (1 kitchen install per day).
• Run new cables to CCU in the trunking and label fused spurs.
• Install cooker switch and outlet; operate a single socket for ignition, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher as needed.
• Replace light fittings and light switches.
• Install a heat alarm in the kitchen and a smoke alarm in the living room and hallway.
• Replace CCU units as required.
• Test the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) of the existing property and test the new kitchen installation as well as the existing installation within the property.
• Provide guidance on the first couple of installs.
• Explore further opportunities for fixed-fee jobs as the contract progresses.
