Job description

We’re excited to share that Ryde House Group is currently seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team.

This position requires availability on Wednesdays and weekends and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and welcoming environment.

We are the Ryde House Group (established in 1986), one of the leading providers of services to people with learning disabilities and/or autism, through its group of homes on the Isle of Wight.

We currently have around 300 staff working together to deliver quality services for people with complex needs. As Ryde House Group continues to develop, we are looking for more caring individuals to help us maintain our high standards of care.

Standard cleaning responsibilities include vacuuming, sanitising toilets/washrooms, stock takes, and additional duties as requested.

Our ideal candidates will be familiar with safe working practices, able to maintain professional knowledge and industry standards, and exhibit a positive disposition. Experience with challenging behaviours is advantageous but not necessary.

Hourly rate: £12.22
