Job Type(s): Part-time Duration: Permanent or Relief Schedule: Days (rotational basis that includes weekends or as required) Hourly Rate: £12.21

We are looking for Domestic Assistants dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and safety within our care home environment. No specific qualifications or experience are necessary, as we value commitment and a positive attitude.

As a Domestic Assistant, you should be adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork are essential to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The Role includes:

1. Cleaning all areas of the care home according to schedules.
2. Vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning communal areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and specialist rooms.
3. Polishing furniture, cleaning windows, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing rooms for new residents.
4. Managing waste disposal, cleaning vases, moving furniture for thorough cleaning, managing supplies, and reporting faulty equipment.
5. Following Health and Safety and Infection Control policies, maintaining records, and attending training and meetings.
