About The Role

We are looking for engaged and committed carers who share our values of Ownership, Improvement, Experimentation, Respect and Levity. We seek people who are happy to be flexible and wear different hats as required - some days providing personal care (if qualified), other days helping in the garden or kitchen, and driving our clients to social events or appointments.

You will work with a small group of clients in order to build meaningful relationships and make an impact in their lives. Your tasks will include;

  • Assisting with daily activities (including Personal Care)
  • Mobility support
  • Meal preparation
  • Companionship
  • Community access

About You

  • National Police Check (Less than 6 months old)
  • Victorian Driver Licence (and comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained vehicle)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
  • Immediate start - We're looking for someone to join the team this month
  • Career growth - We offer ongoing training and support for staff at all levels, and career progression opportunities
  • Tech forward - We utilise technology to its fullest extent, ensuring a streamlined employee experience
  • Connection focused - At Age Up you are not just another staff member, you are the most important person in the company! You will have regular opportunities to speak with management and other staff to discuss ideas and issues.
