Avante Care & Support Ltd is seeking a Domestic Assistant at Riverdale Court Care Home in London. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring rooms, bathrooms and communal areas are pristine for residents and staff.

The role focuses on infection control, safe use of cleaning equipment, and supporting a welcoming environment aligned with care home policies. DBS checks and training opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Previous cleaning or domestic experience (desirable).
• Understanding of hygiene and infection control standards (or willingness to learn).
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
• A caring and respectful approach when working in a home environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and infection control at all times.
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Replenish supplies and report any maintenance issues.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
• Support a welcoming, comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Work in line with health and safety regulations and care home policies.
