Qualifications

• Good communication skills – confident to talk to residents and your colleagues.
• An awareness of general standards of cleanliness.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Keep public or private spaces within the home neat, tidy and sanitary.
• Follow Health & Safety at Work legislation and the relevant industry Codes of Practice and Environmental Health guidelines.
• Report to Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Housekeeper and support residents and colleagues as needed.
