Job summary

Reporting to the Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Housekeeper, you'll follow Health & Safety guidelines and industry Codes of Practice, ensuring high standards in every area and supporting a values-driven culture that puts people first.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to talk to residents and colleagues.
• Awareness of general cleanliness standards and hygiene.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, tidy, and sanitary spaces within the home (public and private areas).
• Follow Health & Safety at Work legislation and relevant Codes of Practice.
• Adhere to Environmental Health guidelines and procedures.
