At Northumbria Facilities Management, we realise that many people have competing priorities outside of their working life, and Your Shifts, Your Way offers you the opportunity to tell us what works for you.
Whatever your availability, whether it is for certain shifts on set days, we can offer you shifts worked in your way. If you're unable to commit to traditional shift times and patterns, we can accommodate flexible hours such as later start times and/or earlier finish times or fixed days off.
The department operates between 06:00 - 20:00, and we can be flexible within these hours to accommodate you. We currently have roles from 16 to 30 hours per week.
We are also looking to recruit candidates onto our Staff Bank to fill roles on an “as and when required” basis. If you are interested in this, please state this on your application form and at interview.
