Domestic Assistant - £12.00 per hour

Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join the team at Springbank. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, using the latest care technology to allow more quality time with residents.

You will work as part of a great team, providing excellent service within the home, making a positive impact on residents' lives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize rooms, including furnishings, in assigned areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, with minimal disruption to residents and their care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, demonstrating good interpersonal skills
• Work independently without direct supervision
• Use a variety of cleaning products, paying attention to COSHH regulations
• Maintain a high level of hygiene within the home

Full training will be provided, including leadership development and opportunities for progression within Shaw.

No prior experience or qualifications are necessary; we will support your development into an excellent team member.

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Working Hours: 18.5-hour contract
